Delivery is free and tracked to any US address, and it is already included on every written quote. Here is the timeline from the moment you approve the proof to the cases reaching your dock.

How We Pack and Track Orders
- Sheets are counted into cases, sealed and labeled with the product, the sheet size and the count, so a stockroom can read a case without opening it.
- You get a tracking link by email when the cases leave us, and it updates until the delivery is signed for.
- Several locations can be served from one order; list the addresses and the quantity for each on the quote form and each drop is tracked on its own.
- Larger orders go out on a pallet. Tell us if the address has no loading dock so the delivery is planned for a hand unload.
What is included in free delivery
Every quote includes tracked delivery to one US address at no extra charge, for any quantity from the 1,000-sheet minimum up. There is no delivery line on the invoice and no threshold to reach.
Deliveries to more than one address are quoted per address, still free, as long as each drop meets the print-run minimum. List them on the quote form and the quote shows the split.
How long does delivery take after production?
Cases usually arrive 2–3 business days after they leave us. Production before that takes 4–6 business days from written proof approval, so a first order typically lands within two weeks of the approval email.
Addresses outside the contiguous states can take a little longer in transit. The quote says so if yours is one of them.
Receiving and checking the cases
Each case is labeled with the product, sheet size and count. Check the labels against the packing note on arrival and look for crushed corners or torn wrap before signing if you can.
Open one case and unfold a sheet. If the print, the size or the stock is not what the proof shows, photograph it. Problems reported within 10 days with photos are reprinted or refunded under the reprints and refunds policy.
Working to a date
If you have an opening, a menu launch or an event, put the date on the quote form. We plan production around it where we can and tell you on the quote whether the date is realistic before you approve anything.
The quickest way to protect a date is a fast proof approval. The clock starts the day you reply in writing.
Where we do not deliver
Deli Papers prints and delivers for US addresses only. We cannot ship outside the US, and we cannot arrange collection from the press, so every order travels on the free tracked service.

Is delivery included on every deli paper quote?
Yes, to any US address. The quote shows delivery included at no charge and the invoice carries no delivery line.
Do you deliver to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes. Transit may take longer than 2–3 business days, and the quote tells you the expected time for your address.
Can I choose a delivery date for my sheets?
Tell us the date on the quote form and we plan production around it where we can. The quote confirms whether it is achievable.
How do I know when the order has left?
By email, with a tracking link, on the day the cases ship. The link updates until delivery is signed for.
Can one print run be delivered to several addresses?
Yes. List the addresses and the quantity for each on the quote form and each drop is tracked separately.
What happens if nobody is there to receive the cases?
The carrier leaves a notice and tries again, or holds the cases at a local depot. The tracking page shows the options for your address.
How heavy is a case of deli paper?
A case of 12 x 12 in. sheets is light enough for one person to carry and stack. Larger sheets and larger counts come in heavier cases, and big orders go on a pallet.
Do you deliver to a commercial dock or a residential address?
Either. Tell us if the address is a home or a shop without a loading dock so the delivery is planned for a hand unload.
Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
No. Every order goes out on tracked delivery, which is free, so there is nothing to gain by collecting.
Who do I tell if a case arrives crushed?
Email info@delipapers.com within 10 days of delivery with photos of the cases and the sheets. We reprint the damaged cases or refund them.
