About Deli Papers

We print food paper for restaurants and nothing else: wraps, liners, patty sheets, fry paper and bags, each one proofed before press and quoted in writing.

What we print

Custom printed deli paper, burger and sandwich wrap, basket liners in red, green and black checks, newsprint liners, patty paper, fry paper and cones, taco and burrito wrap, general food wrapping sheets, bakery sheets, wax paper bags and printed food bags. All of it in the standard sheet sizes US kitchens use, with custom cuts quoted on request.

Five stocks cover the list: dry wax, grease-resistant in white or kraft, natural kraft, bleached white and black. Every sheet is printed on the outside face only with food-safe soy and water-based inks.

How an order runs

Every order starts with a written quote and a free PDF proof, both within one business day of your request. Changes to the proof are free. Nothing is plated or printed until you approve the proof and the quote in writing.

Production takes 4–6 business days from approval. The cases then go out on free tracked delivery to any US address and usually arrive in 2–3 business days. Payment is by invoice after approval, not on the website.

Who we print for

Burger joints and smokehouses, delis and bagel shops, sub counters, taquerias, pizzerias, bakeries, food trucks, concession stands and multi-location groups that need one sheet shipped to several kitchens. The 1,000-sheet minimum is set so a single counter can test a design on real orders.

The questions are the same from a truck or a group: which stock holds oil in, which size closes the sandwich, and whether the logo will still show after the fold. The guide to how restaurants use deli paper answers them with examples.

Why food paper only

A press that runs cups on Monday and sheets on Tuesday has to relearn food paper every week. Ours runs food paper all week, so the operators know how dry wax takes ink, how far a mark on kraft darkens and where a thin line fills in.

That shows up in the proof. It is drawn by people who have folded the sheet around a hot burger and know which quarter of it the customer sees.

What we do not do

No cups, boxes, napkins or signage. No checkout, card payments or posted prices, because sheet size, stock, ink count and quantity move the cost too much for a rate card to be honest. No print on the food-contact side of any sheet.

If a job needs something we do not make, we say so on the first reply rather than quoting it badly.

Questions About Us

The questions we answer most weeks. Pick a topic, open a row.

Who is Deli Papers for?

Restaurants, delis, burger counters, taquerias, bakeries, food trucks, concession stands and multi-location groups anywhere in the US that want printed food paper with their own mark on it.

Does Deli Papers print anything besides deli paper?

We print food paper in all its forms: sheets, liners, wraps, patty paper, fry cones and bags. No cups, boxes or signage.

How small can a first order from Deli Papers be?

1,000 sheets per product print run, which is about two weeks of wrap for one counter.

Do you keep my artwork on file for reorders?

Yes. Artwork, plates and color references stay on file so a reorder matches the first run without a new proof.

Can I visit Deli Papers before ordering?

No. A swatch pack by mail and a free PDF proof answer most questions better than a visit, and both cost nothing.

How do I get hold of the team?

By phone at (503) 461-4788, on WhatsApp or by email at info@delipapers.com, with replies within one business day.
