What is the fastest way to reach Deli Papers?

Can I send my artwork over WhatsApp?
Yes, for a first look and a quick opinion. Send the full-resolution file by email so the proof is drawn from the best version.
Do you have a showroom or a counter I can visit?
No. We work from the proof and from swatch packs sent by mail, which show the stocks better than a visit would.
Will I be talking to a salesperson or to the printer?
To the people who proof and print the sheets. There is no sales desk between you and the press.
Can I call about an order that is already in production?
Yes. Have your quote number ready and we check the job status and the planned ship date while you are on the line.
Do you answer messages on weekends?
Messages sent over the weekend are answered on Monday morning, in the order they arrived.
How do I request a swatch pack by email?
Send your delivery address and the stocks you are deciding between to info@delipapers.com. A sheet of each goes out by mail.
Where do I send photos of a damaged delivery?
Email them to info@delipapers.com within 10 days of delivery with your quote number, showing the cases and the sheets.
Can you help me pick a sheet size over the phone?
Yes. Tell us what you wrap and how it leaves the kitchen, and we suggest a size and a stock on the spot. The size chart for every product is a good thing to have open.
Do you take inquiries from outside the US?
No. We print and deliver for US addresses only, so we cannot quote an order that ships abroad.
