How the list is organized

Every product sits in one of five ranges: sandwich and burger wrap, basket liners and tray papers, patty and fry paper, taco, burrito and food wrapping sheets, and wax paper and food bags. The filter above the grid shows one range at a time, and the search box matches a food as well as a product name, so typing fries brings up fry paper and cones.

Each card opens a page with photos of the printed sheet, the stocks and sizes for that product, a specs table and a proof form.

Which product should a burger counter start with?

Burger wrap paper in 12 x 12 in. grease-resistant is the sheet most kitchens order first, because it closes a single or double burger and survives a delivery bag. Add red checkered basket liners for the fries and you have covered most of the menu with two print runs.

Sub and bagel shops start with sandwich wrap in 12 x 15 in.; taquerias with taco wrap in 10 x 10 in. or burrito wrap in 15 x 15 in.

Printed or plain

Every product on the list can be quoted plain as well as printed. Plain sheets are sold by the case at the same 1,000-sheet minimum and are useful for a back-of-house job like patty separation where no one sees the sheet.

A printed run uses the same stocks and sizes with your mark added in one to three spot colors, or full color on white. The custom printed deli paper page is the general-purpose starting point if your product is not an exact fit for any of the others.

Stocks and sizes across the list

Most sheet products come in dry wax, grease-resistant white or kraft, natural kraft, bleached white and black. Bags and cones are made from the stocks that fold and seal well, so their pages list fewer. Standard sizes run from 4.75 x 5 in. patty paper to 15 x 15 in. wrap, and any product can be cut to a custom size on request.

Each product page lists its own four standard sizes; those are the ones held in stock and quoted fastest.

Ordering more than one product

One quote form covers as many products as you like. List them with quantities in the notes. Each is its own print run with its own proof, but the same artwork and the same color match carry across, so a burger wrap and a basket liner from one order match on the tray.
