What we collect
When you ask for a quote, send a proof request or get in touch, we receive what you type or send: your name, business name, email address, phone number, delivery address, your artwork and any notes about the order. If you message us on WhatsApp we see the number you message from.
The website records the usual technical details every site sees, such as the pages visited and the browser used, through analytics cookies. These are not tied to your quote unless you fill in a form.
Why we keep it
We use your details to reply with a quote and a proof, to print and deliver the order, to invoice it and to answer questions about it afterwards. Your artwork and color references are kept so a reorder uses the same plates and the same match without a new proof.
We do not use your details for anything unrelated to your orders, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it.
Who sees it
The people who proof, print, pack and invoice your order. The delivery address and a contact phone number are passed to the carrier so the cases can be delivered and a missed delivery rearranged. Nothing else goes to them.
We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone, and we do not share your artwork with other customers or use it in our own marketing without asking you first.
How long we keep it
Quote and order records, including artwork, are kept for as long as you are a customer so reorders stay consistent, and for as long as invoicing and tax records require after that. If you have not ordered for a long time and ask us to remove your files, we do.
Form submissions that never become an order are kept only long enough to answer them.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your details and artwork to be deleted, by emailing info@delipapers.com from the address on the order. We reply within one business day and confirm when it is done. Deleting artwork means a future reorder would need a new proof.
You can turn off analytics cookies in your browser; the quote form and the rest of the site work without them.
Security and contact
Forms are sent over an encrypted connection, and artwork is stored on access-controlled systems used only by the print and proofing team. No payment details pass through the website, because every order is paid by invoice after approval.

Does Deli Papers sell or share my contact details?
No. We do not sell, rent or trade them. The only outside party that sees anything is the carrier, which gets the delivery address and a phone number.
Who looks at the artwork I upload?
The proofing and print team working on your order. It is not shown to other customers or used in our marketing without your permission.
How long do you keep my logo and proof files?
For as long as you reorder, so the same plates and color match can be used again. Ask by email and we delete them sooner.
How do I ask you to delete my data?
Email info@delipapers.com from the address on your order. We confirm within one business day once it is done.
Which cookies does the website set?
Analytics cookies that show which pages are used and how. The quote form works with them turned off.
Is the quote form sent securely?
Yes, over an encrypted connection. Artwork is stored on access-controlled systems used by the print team only.
What does the carrier receive about me?
The delivery address, a contact name and a phone number so a missed delivery can be rearranged. Nothing about the order contents or the invoice.
Can I see a copy of what you hold about me?
Yes. Email a request and we send the details, artwork and order records we have on file.
Will I get marketing email after asking for a quote?
Only if you ask for it. Quote and proof emails are about your order and nothing else.
