4 Sandwich and burger wrap Products

Every product below is printed to order on your choice of stock, with its own sizes listed on the product page.

Which wrap in this range fits your counter?

The four products overlap on size, so the real difference is how each one gets used. Burger wrap is cut for round, hot food that is folded tight and often sits in a bag for ten minutes. Sandwich wrap runs longer for subs and hoagies that need a full roll and a tuck at each end.

Custom printed deli paper is the general sheet. It wraps, it lines a basket, it sits under a slice on a tray. Interfolded sheets are different again: they pop one at a time from a dispenser box, so staff never handle the stack.

ProductStandard sizesReach for it when
Burger wrap paper10 x 10, 12 x 12, 12 x 15 in.Burgers, sliders and chicken sandwiches folded hot
Sandwich wrap paper12 x 12, 12 x 15, 15 x 15 in.Subs, hoagies, bagels and club sandwiches
Custom printed deli paper12 x 12, 12 x 15, 15 x 15 in.One sheet for wrapping, lining and tray service
Interfolded deli sheets6, 8, 10 or 12 x 10.75 in.Pop-up sheets at a deli case or bakery counter

If you only order one sheet, order 12 x 12 deli paper on grease-resistant white. It handles most jobs well until you know your volumes by item.

How does a printed sheet fold around a hot burger?

A burger comes off the flat top, lands on the sheet, and gets two folds and a tuck in about four seconds. The paper has to bend without cracking and hold that fold without tape. Grease-resistant stock does this well because it has a firmer hand than dry wax.

Steam is the other problem. A closed wrap traps it, and a soft bun goes limp if the sheet holds moisture against it. Paper breathes a little where foil does not, which is why most burger counters stay with paper.

The print sits on the outside face only. The bun touches plain paper, and the ink never meets the food. See the burger wrap paper sizes and stocks for the fold-by-fold detail.

Which sheet size closes a footlong sub?

A 12 x 12 sheet closes a half sandwich or a bagel with a little paper to spare. A six-inch sub on a 12 x 15 sheet rolls end to end with a clean tuck. A footlong needs the 15 x 15, and even then a heavily loaded hoagie wants the long edge running along the bread.

For burgers the math is simpler. A single patty on 10 x 10 wraps tight. Quarter-pound to half-pound builds want 12 x 12. A double with bacon and extra sauce needs 12 x 15, or the ends open on the ride home.

Our sheet size comparison guide measures each size against the food it has to close.

Grease-resistant, dry wax or kraft for sandwich wrap?

Grease-resistant white is the default for anything hot and fatty. It hides grease spots, holds a sharp crease and prints bright color. Grease-resistant kraft does the same job with a warm brown face, and white ink reads well on it.

Dry wax has a softer hand and a slight sheen. It suits cold deli sandwiches, bagels and the interfolded sheets that pull from a box. Keep it away from the oven and the microwave.

Natural kraft and bleached white work for drier sandwiches and for counter sheets that never meet a greasy patty. Black stock with white ink suits a dark-themed menu and looks sharp under a pendant light.

  • Hot burgers and fried chicken sandwiches: grease-resistant white or kraft
  • Cold subs, bagels and deli slices: dry wax or bleached white
  • Pop-up counter sheets: dry wax interfolded
  • Dark bars and smash burger spots: black with white ink

Keeping the logo visible after the fold

A centered logo on a 12 x 12 sheet lands under the burger. After the fold it is on the bottom or split across a crease. That is why the default layout in this range is a repeat pattern: the mark shows somewhere on every face no matter how staff fold.

A corner mark works when the crew folds the same way every time and the corner becomes the top of the parcel. Centered logos make sense for a tray sheet that is never folded at all.

One or two spot colors keep a repeat crisp. Full color is available on the white stocks and suits a photo-style pattern or a brand that uses a gradient. Lay your file over a real sheet on the Design Your Deli Paper page and see where the repeat lands.

Ordering a sandwich and burger wrap print run

  1. Choose the product and sheet size, or ask for a custom cut.
  2. Pick a stock and tell us how many ink colors you want, or send a Pantone reference.
  3. Send your logo as a vector PDF, AI or EPS. A clean PNG works for a one-color mark.
  4. We reply with a written quote within one business day and a free PDF proof to follow.
  5. Approve the proof in writing. Printing takes 4 to 6 business days from that approval.
  6. Free tracked delivery reaches any US address in 2 to 3 business days.

Each product is its own print run with a minimum of 1,000 sheets. Two sizes of one design are two runs. Payment is by invoice once the proof is approved. Request a written wrap quote with your sizes and quantities.

Mistakes that cost a reprint on wrap orders

Fine script and hairline rules spread on absorbent paper. The proof thickens them, but a logo built from four-point type will still soften. Send the simplest version of your mark and keep the tagline for the menu board.

Ordering one size for every item is the other common miss. A 12 x 12 that fits a cheeseburger will not close a footlong, so staff double-wrap, and that doubles the paper cost per sandwich.

Misprints or damage reported within 10 days with photos are reprinted or refunded, so open the first case the day it lands and check the color against your proof.

Questions About Sandwich and Burger Wrap

The questions we answer most weeks. Pick a topic, open a row.

Does the sandwich and burger wrap range share one minimum order?

No. Each product is a separate print run, and each run starts at 1,000 sheets. Burger wrap and sandwich wrap in the same design are two runs.

Can I order burger wrap in two sizes on one quote?

Yes. Put both sizes on the quote request and we price each run separately on the same written quote. Each size still needs its own 1,000-sheet minimum.

Do you cut sandwich wrap to a custom bread size?

Yes. Give us the loaf or roll length and we quote a custom sheet in writing. Odd sizes may change the lead time slightly, and the quote will say so.
